The meeting was called to order by Mr. Doug Forrest with the roll taken (see above).

Others present at the meeting were Jimmy Cunningham, Superintendent; Kerry Cunningham, Principal; and board members, administrators form Fourche Valley School District (see attachment)

Discussions were held between the Plainview-Rover and Fourche Valley School Districts concerning the administrative mergers in ACT 60 of the 2004 Special Session.

Motion: Mr. Kevin Milligan moved to adjourn.

Second: The motion was seconded by Mr. Mike Sawyer.
