The meeting was called to order by Mr. Doug Forrest with the roll taken (see above).

Others present at the meeting were Jimmy Cunningham, Superintendent; Kerry Cunningham, Principal; and others (see attachment)

Motion: Mr. Mike Sawyer moved to approve the minutes of the last regular meeting (February 16, 2004).

Second: The motion was seconded by Mr. Stacy Lisenbey.

Vote: Unanimous

Motion: Mr. Mike Sawyer moved to approve the financial report.

Second: The motion was seconded by Mr. Kevin Milligan.

Vote: Unanimous

Motion: Mr. Mike Sawyer moved to act on contracts at the April Board Meeting.

Second: The motion was seconded by Mr. Kevin Milligan.

Vote: Unanimous

The Plainview-Rover School Board went into executive session to discuss personnel issues.

Motion: Mr. Mike Sawyer moved to administratively consolidate, under the requirements of ACT 60 of 2004, with the following schools: Ola, Fourche Valley, Perry-Casa, Plainview-Rover.

Second: The motion was seconded by Mr. Kevin Milligan.

Vote: Unanimous.
