by Mr. Doug Forrest with the roll taken (see above).

Motion: Mr. Kevin Milligan moved to
approve the minutes of the last regular meeting (
Second: The motion was seconded by Mr. Mike Sawyer.
Vote: Unanimous
Motion: Mr. Mike Sawyer moved to approve the financial
report.
Second: The motion was seconded by Mr. Kevin
Milligan.

The
Motion: Mr.
Mike Sawyer moved to hire Nancy Green as elementary class size reduction
teacher for the remainder of the 2003-2004 school year. Employment is contingent on continual support
of federal class size reduction program and employment is also contingent on a successful
criminal background check.

motion was seconded by Mr. Stacy Lisenbey.

Motion: Mr.
Mike Sawyer moved to participate in an injunction to prevent ACT 60 of 2004
from being enforced. Contribution for legal
fees will be $1000.00.

motion was seconded by Mr. Kevin Milligan.

Unanimous.
Motion: Mr.
Stacy Lisenbey moved to reject all bids submitted for the renovation of the
gymnasium (see attachment # 2).
