Motion: Mr. Kevin Milligan moved to approve the minutes of the last regular meeting (November 17, 2003).

Second: The motion was seconded by Mr. Mike Sawyer.

Vote: Unanimous

Motion: Mr. Mike Sawyer moved to approve the financial report.

Second: The motion was seconded by Mr. Kevin Milligan.

Vote: Unanimous

Issues from the Capitol/Special Session were discussed.
