License must be renewed every five years.

Renewals are available on Saturdays, and can be done anytime within one year of expiration with no loss of time on license.Call or email to set up a time and date.

Replacement license $15
Change of address, $15 if a new license is requested.
Expired license charge, $15
*License will only be replaced for 6 months after the expiration date. After this, the individual will be treated as a new applicant and must attend a new training class.
