Blakely Mountain Dam and Lake Ouachita are located in central Arkansas, 67 miles southwest of Little Rock,Arkansas, and 13 miles northwest of Hot Springs, Arkansas. The dam is located near the town of Mountain Pine, Arkansas.

The Lake Ouachita project includes 66,324 total acres of land and water. The dam is 1,100 feet long with an average height of 205 feet. There are 20,000 acres of land at the project which are open to the public for hunting, 106 campsites, 24 boat ramps and 13 swimming beaches.

Camping areas
Class A - Brady Mountain, 72 campsites, $12 to $14 pernight, depending on the site selected, March 1- October 31.$5 to $7 per night in the off season.
Class A - Crystal Springs, 74 campsites, $14 to $15 pernight, depending on the site selected, March 1 - October 31.$5 to $7 per night in the off season.
Class A - Joplin, 65 campsites, $12 to $14 per night, depending on the site selected, March 1 - October 31. $5 - $7 per night in the off season.
Class A - Tompkins Bend, 77 campsites, $12 to $14 per night, depending on the site selected, March 1 - October 31. $5 to $7 per night in the off season.
Class A - Denby Point, 67 campsites, $12 to $14 per night, depending on the site selected, March 1 - October 31. $5 to $7 per night in the off season.
Class B - Stephens Park, 9 campsites, $9 to $11 per night, depending on the site selected, March 1 - October 31. $4 to $6 per night in the off season.
Class B - Little Fir, 25 campsites, $10 to $12 per night, depending on the site selected, March 1 - October 31. $4 to $6 per night in the off season.
Class B - Lena Landing, 10 campsites, $8 per night, March 1 - October 31. $3 per night in the off season.
Class B - Twin Creek, 15 campsites, $6 to $8 per night, depending on the site selected, March 1 - October 31. $3 to $4 per night in the off season. 

     Day Use Fee Areas - 11 Boat Launching Ramps, 5 Swimming 
Beaches.
     Day user fees - $2 per day to use a boat launching ramp 
and $1 per day per person to use a swimming beach, maximum $3 per vehicle 
per day.
      Annual Pass for Day User Fees - $25.
      
Special Use Facilities - 4 picnic shelters are available to reserve for $30 
per day.
      Golden Age Passports - $10
Reserve 
group campsite - $5 per reservation. Some Corps campsites can be reserved 
April 1- Sept 30.
