It is important for you to click on START / WINDOW UPDATE on a regular basic to see what updates Microsoft has posted for your computer. After the first page loads, click on PRODUCTS UPDATES link so the process can begin. If you get an error after clicking on PRODUCTS UPDATES, click on the CRITICAL DOWNLOAD link that is posted on that page and choose INSTALL FROM HERE. After is downloaded and installed, try the whole process again. If you continue to get errors, please email me from link above with your error message.
