Our
goal is to provide reliable and knowledgeable technical support
in a friendly, accessible, and helpful manner.
In an effort to achieve this goal, World Lynx has implemented the following:

A system for providing our customers with up-to-date service information
regarding the status of our servers and dialups. To this end,
we now have an Emergency Phone message that customers can hear
when they call Technical Support. These messages serve to alert
customers of any immediate system problems that have developed.

newly designed Technical Support website that our customers can
use to easily obtain a breadth of technical information, including:
Answers to frequently asked questions, trouble-shooting tips,
software installation guides, links to other useful sites, and
other general information on the Internet and World Lynx.
