Lynx offers its customers billing assistance in three forms.
1.
Online support
Use
this link to reach a form that will be sent directly to the
billing office of World Lynx. Every line on the form must be completed.
This form is only to be used for assistance with billing issues.
Other requests sent using this form will be delayed.
2.
Email support
You
may contact the World Lynx billing office by email. The email address
is billing@cei.net.
Please
include:
- name
on account
- address
- day
phone
- username
- description
of billing issue
- account
number if possible.
3.
Phone support
You
may call our billing office directly by calling 501-954-9090 or
outside of Central Arkansas, 1-888-775-9090. Office hours are Monday
- Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
