Secure Shared Hosting is simply our Basic Hosting package with service that secures web pages. This package is commonly associated with eCommerce sites that accept payment information online which needs to be encrypted (secure). Actually, this level of security is utilized on most sites that tranfer important, sensitive, or secure information between web pages and site visitors.

The term "shared" means multiple web sites exist on a single web server, and in some cases, multiple sites on one server can share a single IP address. Although World Lynx secure shared sites do share single servers, they do not share a single IP address. We assign a unique IP address to each secure hosting account.

Pay Annually and SAVE!

Choose to signup for our Annual Payment option, $540.00 per year, and save 10% off the monthly hosting fee. In addition, we'll reduce the Account Activation Fee to $25.

**Unlimited bandwidth allowance means World Lynx does not monitor or track bandwidth usage for individual sites. Please be aware that some restrictions or additional costs may be applied if traffic for an individual account consumes more than 10% of total allocated network resources.
